Pyramid Solutions is currently in the midst of an IntelliWORKS deployment with a key customer in Mexico. The team has worked many long hours throughout the summer months to complete the installation. You know how hot it has been here, imagine what it’s been like in Mexico!

While working onsite in Mexico, one of our customers noticed a skydiving screensaver on our project manager’s laptop. He then made an off the cuff comment that “I’m going to do that one day!”

A month later, the team from Mexico was here in the US for training.  As a team building exercise, our project manager took a team of 7 customers skydiving!

So the answer to the question, “What would you do for YOUR customer?”  We jumped out of a perfectly good airplane!

Talk about a focus on customer service and satisfaction.  Beat that!

Our IntelliWORKS installation is going well. The engineering manager for the area remarked on several occasions on the excellent work done by Pyramid. Pyramid has been there when needed and has worked very hard to make the launch successful. The engineering manager, his team, and production were very thankful for Pyramid’s extra efforts to produce a report of the racks and blends which they can obtain on demand from the web page. This has been indispensable to production in checking that they have properly loaded the racks. This is a first of a kind pack out process for us and Pyramid’s extra efforts have helped us prevent pack out errors to our customer. We extend our thanks to the Pyramid team for their efforts.
