The team has worked many long hours throughout the summer months to complete the installation. You know how hot it has been here, imagine what it’s been like in Mexico!

While working onsite in Mexico, one of our customers noticed a skydiving screensaver on our project manager’s laptop. He then made an off the cuff comment that “I’m going to do that one day!”

A month later, the team from Mexico was here in the US for training.  As a team building exercise, our project manager took a team of 7 customers skydiving!

So the answer to the question, “What would you do for YOUR customer?”  We jumped out of a perfectly good airplane!

Talk about a focus on customer service and satisfaction.  Beat that!
